Do you provide translation services?
All Forum and parallel session presentations are provided in English.
Can I blog and tweet?
Sharing the event and its presentations through social media channels is not only allowed, it is encouraged. You will find free wifi in the conference room and electical plugs to charge the batteries of your devices. Be aware that the wifi will probably be used by many in the conference room.
How long are the parallel sessions?
All parallel sessions last for 1 hour, and you have the opportunity to participate in 2 out of 3 workshops. To register, please indicate the workshop you want to participate in when registering for the conference under “Conference booking”. For further information on the parallel sessions, please see the “Agenda”.
Will the presentations be available after the completion of the event?
Following the Conference, presentations will be available to delegates. We will send you an email with the relevant link and password details to access them.

What is the dress code for the event?
For both the Conference and event dinner, the dress code is business casual attire.
What if I have special dietary food requirement?
Please, indicate any special dietary needs you may have when registering for the Forum.
What social activities are included in the conference fee?
The following social activities are included in the conference fee:
- welcome aperitif the evening of Wednesday 9 June
- attendance at the conference & parallel sessions (10 & 11 June)
- attendance at lunch (10&11 June) and gala dinner (10 June)
Flights and accommodation costs are at the attendees’ expense.
Your partner can participate in the gala dinner with no extra charge and attend the entertainment activities organized parallel to the event.
Where do I pick up my conference pass and material?
You have the opportunity to register and receive the conference material either on Wednesday 9 June during the welcome aperitif in the evening, or on the 1stA: day of the event, outside the main meeting room.
In case I am not able to participate, can I forward the invitation to a colleague?
Of course, you can. Please forward the invitation to your colleague and send an email to clementina.papagianni@experian.com indicating the name, surname, company name and email address of the person you forwarded the invitation to.
Do you provide transport services to the delegates?
Please note that a shuttle bus service is provided from the airport to the resort. Please make sure you indicate in the online registration form your flight details in order to arrange the transfers.
