Social Media Guidelines
Sharing the event and its presentations through social media channels is not only allowed, it is encouraged. You will find free wifi in the conference room and electrical plugs to charge the batteries of your devices. Be aware that the wifi will probably be used by many in the conference room.
When posting on twitter about the Forum or liveblogging the presentations, use the hashtag #telcoforum so we can all follow and participate in the debates online. Follow @telcoforum on Twitter for the latest updates on the event, ask questions to the organization and to be the first to know when the next edition will take place.
Blogs
If you want to post on your blog about the event, contact Clementina Papagianni in case you need graphic material (banners of the event, pictures of the current and previous editions, etc.), or if you need any extra information.
Taking pictures, audio and video recording
Of course, you are allowed to take pictures during the course of the event and use them on your posts / link to them on your tweets, but avoid to use flash. Recording short snippets of the presentations is also allowed.
